The oil cooler OA285 is not applicable to oil gallery in hydraulic system. It is only used in the drain of the pump or independent cooling system.
The oil cooler core is made with aluminum finned tubes attached, in order to increase the surface area availble for heat transfer. Turbulators create bending paths to slow down the oil or fluids going through. The fluids/medium should not be corrosive with aluminum.
The oil cooler be used in: machine tool cooling, lathe machine hydraulic system cooling, VMC machine hydraulic cooling, injection molding machine cooling,pipe bending machine cooling, machine tool power unit cooling, hydraulic oil cooling, mobile machine thermal management.
